Terms & Conditions

At Nava Thai Massage and Spa, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and service. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our terms and conditions below.

What do our Terms & Conditions cover?

​Bookings & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full treatment price.​

 

​Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.

  • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced out of respect for the next client, and the full session fee will still apply.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy prior to your treatment.

  • Our treatments are designed for relaxation and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical care.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be safe or appropriate.

Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotional offers may not be combined unless specified.

Deposits

  • A deposit may be required for certain bookings, particularly group bookings or Spa Day packages. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Code of Conduct

  • Nava Thai Massage and Spa operates as a professional wellness and therapeutic practice. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or suggestive behavior toward our therapists will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, your treatment will be immediately terminated and no refund will be given. We also reserve the right to refuse any future bookings.
